How to tap into your own rhythm and speed.
History and spiritual aspects of ancient rhythms.

Sessions on Sound Healings
Available for groups at: Schools, Hospitals, Community Centers.
Private sessions are available by appointment.
Sound Healing sessions may include toning, chanting, drumming, and
participating in breathing exercises.

Workshops are now available in Hawaii.
